Two-day workshop (Thu, February 12, 2026, 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM and Fri, February 13, 2026, 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM – Attendance on both days is required.
In this Cyr Wheel workshop by Marica Marinoni and Jef Everaert, we will work on researching around the apparatus. The focus is on using the apparatus in a different way, mixing two very different styles and two different approaches to movement and technique.
We will explore technique with the goal of discovering a personal way of using the apparatus and building a unique movement identity and personality. Technique will be the base to understand how we move, how we make choices, and how we can transform movement into something that truly belongs to us.
Practical information:
- the workshop is open to all levels and is designed to be accessible and flexible.
- the only prerequisite is to be able to Walze. (If not contact us before)
- this workshop is suitable both for participants who want to deepen their basics and for more experienced practitioners who want to research a new approach and expand their personal style.
